General Event Information

We host a several annual events as well as various one time events with Scandinavian associations.

Our annual events include:

• Juldinner with traditional Scandinavian Christmas foods each November

• Lucia celebration with children performing traditional carols in Swedish each December

• Valborg/Valpurgis bonfire on the beach each spring

Examples of other events include:

• Movie nights

• Swedish speaking play group for kids

• Pizza night

• Community work days

• Cooking/baking of Scandinavian treats

• Talks on Scandinavian history
