How Youth Can Participate

2022 Lucia:  Lucia is selected from amongst the Lucia attendants from previous years.

Procession Participants:  If you know a young person who would like to be an attendant or star boy in the Lucia procession, please contact Jennie at Espeland2@yahoo.com

Participants sing Swedish songs as a group and must attend all Lucia rehearsals in order to participate.  Costumes are available for the event.

Rehearsal Schedule:

  • Sunday, Nov 6, 6 pm

  • Sunday, Nov 13, 6 pm

  • Sunday, Nov 20, 4 pm (note earlier time)

  • Sunday, Dec 4, 4 pm (note earlier time)

Rehearsal Location:  Viking Hall, 240 Plymouth St, Santa Cruz.
