Aebleskiver Making
On Sunday, March 9, we will learn how to make aebleskiver at Viking Hall.
Monica Hammer is Danish born, and learned to make aebleskiver from her father. For this event, you will learn how to cook them on the stove yourself, and eat them fresh off the aebleskiver pan with powdered sugar and jam. Coffee will be available for adults, and elderflower juice for children will also be served.
Monica’s recipe is from the famous three star Michelin restaurant Noma. You will all get a recipe card to take home with you.
Please keep in mind that daylight saving happens the night before this event.
