During the event, participants will:
- Learn about traditional Akvavit botanicals and flavor profiles
- Make their own Akvavit using sous vide infusion
- Participants will bring their own bottle or jar of vodka
- We provide a wide variety of spices, herbs, and recipes
- Enjoy light Swedish-style refreshments
- Taste the freshly produced Akvavits
- Take part in a friendly tasting contest to crown the best Akvavit of the evening
