Maximum building capacity is 120 people, less when seated at tables. The main room is approximately 1600 square feet and is wheelchair accessible. The hall is equipped with a small kitchen, pantry, serving counter, and two restrooms. It has 140 chairs, 11 standard folding tables and 6 small folding tables. A parking lot with 12 spaces is located behind the hall. Additional parking is available on the street.
The Use Permit from the City of Santa Cruz prohibits “amplified music” and requires that events be completed by 10 pm on Sunday through Thursday, and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Beer and hard liquor are NOT allowed on the premises. A “Certificate of Insurance” is required for all events. If you plan to serve wine, the “Certificate of Insurance” must include host liquor coverage. You must provide your own garbage bags and take your garbage with you.
Premises must be left clean. Any cleaning required after the event and any cost of repairs and damages are to be paid for by the renter.

$40 for use of stage or piano with $50 deposit fee for each
The total rental fee is due 2 weeks before the event. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled less that 2 weeks before the event.
